Rollens wrap-a-round, post-dilation sunglasses will be among the featured products at this year’s American Optometric Association (AOA) Conference that runs June 20-23 at the Denver Convention Center.
The disposable eye protection vendor will be one of several hundred who will take over the Exhibit Hall, beginning at 3 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, so that all conference attendees can see the latest and greatest products and services that will help them improve patient care. The exhibitors will be showcasing their goods from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. June 21 and again from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, June 22, as part of the annual conference.
Rollens Company staff members will display the use of their original wrap-a-round, post-dilation sunglasses at Trade Booth #922. They also will be offering show discounts and free samples during the two-day exhibition.
Based in Parker, Colorado, Rollens introduced the first ever wrap-a-round lenses to the eye-care industry in 1989, providing the perfect solution for protection patients’ eyes after dilation.
Two versions of the lenses will be on display at the Denver Convention Center: The Rollens Platinum and Gold Amber lenses, which have long been a standard in the post-mydriatic field. Both lenses provide 100% ultraviolet protection with only 4% to 6% visible light transmission. The Rollens Gold has the added benefit of blocking better than 95% of blue light, making it a good fit for post-PDT patients.
If you’re at this year’s convention, be sure to stop by the booth to view these disposable sunglasses, which offer all eye-care professionals easy-to-use, effective and affordable patient eye protection.
